We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team.
The Role
As the Strategic Partnerships Director at ArchiPro, you will lead the growth of our platform by identifying, securing, and managing high-value partnerships that align with our mission to transform the design and build industry.
Leveraging your experience in client servicing, growth, and strategic partnerships, you'll focus on expanding our client base, strengthening market position, and delivering exceptional value. Acting as a key advisor to clients, you'll drive revenue and market growth through data-driven strategies, while ensuring the successful execution of initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and secure high-value client growth opportunities that drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Implement scalable partnership frameworks that can support rapid growth within your client portfolio
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership initiatives, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring ROI for all stakeholders
- Execute and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier brands, leveraging data-driven insights to showcase ArchiPro's value proposition
- Problem and solving and solution orientated in the pursuit of excellence and as a client owner
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, building strong relationships and ensuring mutual success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to ensure ArchiPro remains at the forefront of the industry
- Oversee the client lifecycle, from onboarding stages, to implementation, establishing client specific metrics for success and the ongoing management and performance on platform to execute on this
- Deliver on client service level agreements; through a consistent (primarily) face to face meeting cadence, quarterly business reviews and presentation of clients performance and results
- Utilise metrics and KPIs to measure partnership success, reporting results and recommending optimisations
- Meet and exceed personal and departmental KPI’s
- Present partnership performance insights to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to inform strategic decisions
- Support in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate client success and growth into the overall business strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or design-centric industries
- Proven track record of establishing and managing high-impact partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align partner objectives with platform capabilities
- An established understanding or an intention to learn the architecture and design sectors, with knowledge of key players and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex negotiations and align diverse stakeholder interests
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics tools to manage partnerships and track performance
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization
