  • Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to spark interest in inviol’s safety solutions.
  • Qualification: Understand the needs of potential clients and assess if they’re a good fit based on safety culture, infrastructure, and readiness for AI adoption.
  • Scheduling Demos: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoff.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records in HubSpot (or similar CRM), tracking interactions, lead status, and campaign performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead scoring based on market feedback.
  • Territory Expansion: Support the strategic entry into new geographic markets by identifying regional trends, buyer behavior, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Attend occasional trade shows, expos, and conferences (both domestic and international) to network, represent inviol, and help source new leads.
  • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with Account Executives by providing context on qualified leads, sharing insights from early conversations, and assisting with follow-up communications to help progress deals through the pipeline.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer facing role - preferably in B2B Saas, tech, or workplace safety-related industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong research abilities and curiosity about how businesses operate.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

This is a commission driven role, with lots of opportunity and progression within the business for a high performer.
