This role is pivotal in ensuring FleetPartners continues to grow in the marketplace and serves as a bridge between the company and job seekers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Provides full cycle recruiting services including the job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure the employment needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
- Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Workable)
- Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of the team.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Liaise with hiring managers on creating job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
