Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to provide organisational and administrative support for the People & Culture Team, answering general business enquiries through P&C Inbox management and assisting in delivering group wide initiatives
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the P&C team to roll out P&C cyclical activities such as monthly reports, remuneration review, performance review process, engagement survey.
- Respond to and manage employee enquiries along with being the first point of contact for general P&C enquiries.
- Contract and variable letter generation.
- Maintain the organisational charts and all other employee information as required.
- Manage and collate all payroll data for each payroll cycle.
- Coordinate offboarding process for terminated employees.
- Recruitment & On-Boarding
- Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition Specialist for a successful handover of candidates.
- Adhering to onboarding compliance for all new starters such as working rights and background checks.
- Generate, send, and manage the return of employment contracts for new and existing employees and following up on required paperwork
- Work with Leaders to have tickets raised for IT set-ups.
- Coordinate a successful onboarding for new starters including completed Welcome Packs and adding them to all group platforms such as iCHRIS/HR21, Salt Compliance Training, Culture Amp, FleetPartners Perks, and new starter emails.
- Support the wider P&C team to roll out new projects, DE&I initiatives, streamline processes and assist with Group initiatives.
- Support P&C Operations with cyclical activities such as WGEA submission, RAP application, Learning & Development projects.
- Coordinating P&C initiatives such as Flu Vaccinations, Careers Week, CARE Awards and Employee Recognition
- Monthly data requests such as Master Data, Risk & IT Employee Data, Birthdays & Anniversaries
