Education Perfect offers a suite of products designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.
As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.
We’re looking for someone to join our Essential Assessment (EA) team, our Primary Mathematics and English assessment platform loved by nearly 3000 schools across Australia, as a Customer Success Manager.
In this role, you’ll join a small but passionate Customer Success team working hard to help schools improve Numeracy and Literacy outcomes across the country. You will own a portfolio of Victorian schools using Essential Assessment, proactively supporting them via phone, email and in-person visits while building strong relationships with teachers and school leaders.
You’ll help your schools unlock the full potential of their Essential Assessment subscription, driving product adoption and achieving their teaching and learning goals whilst supporting key business objectives. You’ll also play a vital role in representing the Essential Assessment brand in your region, advocating for best practices and making a meaningful impact on students’ Numeracy and Literacy outcomes in Victoria and beyond.
What you will do
- Drive platform adoption and usage across a portfolio of subscribing Victorian schools through online and in-person support, in order to meet portfolio retention targets
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities within the portfolio to meet targets
- Onboard new subscribers by providing training and sharing resources to ensure early platform adoption and activation
- Monitor school engagement using customer health metrics and intervene proactively to address potential issues
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries
- Maintain key tools such as EA Admin, Hubspot, and Subskribe, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with team and company processes
- Share insights on schools’ needs, requests and Victorian market trends
- Suggest and contribute to the creation of customer help guides and other educational resources to promote best practices for using Essential Assessment
- Support the success of local in-person educator conferences, online platform webinars and external events as required.
