We need a sharp Product Business Analyst to bridge the gap between user needs and technical solutions, driving impactful features that our customers will love.

That's where you come in:

• You're a whiz at understanding complex business processes and translating them into clear requirements.
• You're adept at diving deep into user workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. 
• You thrive on collaborating with diverse teams, from product managers to engineers, to bring ideas to life. 
• Perhaps you've honed your skills in a financial domain and understand the nuances of accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online familiarity would be a bonus!). 10

What you'll be doing (without the jargon):

Basically, you'll be the champion for our users, ensuring their needs are at the heart of our product development.

You'll be:

• Unearthing insights: Diving into user workflows, understanding their challenges, and translating those into actionable ideas for our tech teams.
• Shaping solutions: Working closely with our Product Managers (the PM pros!) to define and refine new features and improvements that make our users' lives simpler and their work more impactful.
• Bridging the gap: Articulating clear and concise requirements, ensuring a smooth flow from concept to build.
• Collaborating for success: Partnering with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure what we're building is spot-on.
