Your New Role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that build brand equity, deepen customer relationships, and drive business outcomes.

Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver compelling campaigns, foster brand consistency, and champion innovation in how we connect with our community.

This role works collaboratively with product, sales, creative, media and external agency teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. While this role does not have direct reports, it is pivotal in influencing and guiding cross-departmental projects and supporting our marketing executive.

Your Day to Day

  • Assist in refining and executing the brand's long-term strategic direction.
  • Translate our brand values into actionable marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Plan, develop, and execute 360-degree brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that aligns with our values and engages our community.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance) to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and media, to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Strong creative acumen with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to cross-functional work.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
