About the role

Kami Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Parnell, Auckland. This is a full-time, fixed-term (6 month) position that will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and talent requirements
  • Help support the Chief People Officer to design talent acquisition strategies
  • Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and background checks to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to onboarding and beyond
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates and feedback on the recruitment process
  • Continuously analyse and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in technical recruitment, specifically software engineering
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent across a variety of roles and levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruiting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
