Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal Counsel (4-8 years PQE) with robust commercial law expertise—particularly in SaaS, technology contracts, and fintech solutions. This role provides opportunities for career growth, including exposure to corporate governance, regulatory affairs, and financial services compliance, with the potential for progression towards a Deputy Company Secretary position.
This position will focus on commercial transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory support rather than dispute resolution or litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive working independently, effectively manage external legal counsel, and support cross-functional teams.
