The Role:

Critical role supporting the CFO and Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive divisional accountability and performance. 6 month contract initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO and Finance Manager in developing and maintaining divisional reporting frameworks.
• Review and develop timely monthly reports, including P&L and variance analysis.
• Create divisional budget and forecast processes aligned with historical performance and strategic goals.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and relevant coding processes in line with organisational structure and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

You:

• Previous Accounting experience in an Australian SaaS organisation.
• Fully qualified Accountant (CA)
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel, Xero and financial reporting system capabilities
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and divisional performance reporting.
• Commercially minded, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence non-finance stakeholders.
