About the role:

You’ll work closely with our small team of designers, marketers, strategists, and developers in Parnell to execute on weekly growth experiments and support the design of new products and features. You’ll help shape our creative direction and define our process as we grow. This role is based in our Parnell, Auckland studio.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our team to design and test growth experiments.
• Design things that convert - landing pages, videos, ads, UI, emails, and everything in between.
• Design visuals that lean on behavioural cues like urgency or social proof to move users.
• Write punchy copy that drives action.
• Use real user insights and trends to create content people trust.
• Turn user psychology and trends into experiments.
• Experiment with new tools and AI-driven trends to keep our work sharp.
