The AI RevOps (“airops”) lead will architect, automate, and optimise a unified, data-driven commercial operations ecosystem. Leveraging AI and low-code/no-code platforms, you’ll transform siloed sales, marketing, support, and customer-success signals into real-time, ROI-driven insights at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•  System Design & Integration: Reverse-engineer legacy workflows; integrate CRM (HubSpot), BI dashboards, support, and CS tools into one platform.
•  AI-Driven Automation & Experimentation: Identify high-leverage processes (e.g. hyper-personalised outreach, churn-risk detection); prototype, measure and scale AI agents.
•  Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Mine large datasets for leading indicators of engagement, expansion and churn; translate analytics into GTM recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Align Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership on KPIs; drive adoption through training and stakeholder management.-
• Continuous Improvement & Governance: Define data-quality standards and AI guardrails; monitor performance, iterate on models and surface risks proactively.

Key Skills & Requirements

• RevOps Expertise: Deep commercial operations experience in SaaS.

• CRM & BI Platforms: Hands-on with HubSpot, Mixpanel and reporting frameworks.

Technical Requirements

• Comfortable with low-/no-code automation, AI and data-integration platforms.
•  Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, integration and developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting frameworks and data-quality best practices.
