What will you do?
- As part of our Platform Engineering squad, you'll help empower other teams across Plexure to accelerate development, deliver higher-quality solutions, and scale efficiently as we continue to grow.
- You'll take the lead on designing, building, and testing innovative tools and templates, while also partnering with other domain teams to support their implementation.
- Contribute to impactful, large-scale backend projects that help big brands deliver customized offers and product recommendations for their customers.
- Help elevate team performance by taking part in code reviews and identifying ways to improve quality and efficiency.
- Play a hands-on role in mentoring and coaching intermediate engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Our tech stack: C#, .NET, Git, Cosmos DB, SQL, Docker, Bicep, and Azure.

What are we looking for?
- Solid experience in back-end development using C#, .NET within cloud-based environments.
- A quality mindset: You take a proactive approach to building reliable, reusable, and high-performing software.
- Someone passionate about collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentoring others, and tackling challenges as part of a team.
- Strong communication with the ability to positively influence and bring people along on the journey.
- Familiarity with non-relational databases would be a plus!
