Marketing & Workplace Experience Specialist at Tyro Health

We are rapidly expanding our capability, and so we are looking for an exceptional Marketing and Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team.
About the role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and versatile team player to join us in a unique role, blending Marketing and Workplace Experience at Tyro Health. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing and organisational skills in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment. You’ll help build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and deepen customer engagement within the health industry.
You’ll get hands-on with campaign development, content creation, and partnership marketing – working closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful, and data-informed results.
An initial focus area of the role will be leading our partnership marketing efforts, including planning and executing events, conferences, and joint partner initiatives. You'll play a vital role in strengthening partner relationships and showcasing the value Tyro Health brings to the market. As part of a lean and agile team, you'll have plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set and take on new challenges.
On top of that, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne office, ensuring it runs smoothly and feels like a great place to work. From internal events to workplace experience initiatives, you’ll collaborate with our broader WE team to create a welcoming, efficient, and energising environment for our people.
Whilst based in Melbourne, you will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
What you'll do
Marketing
Use a wide range of marketing strategies and techniques including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, email, events, webinars and print to engage with new and existing customers.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end and on budget.
Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Create content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, website, social media, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with the Partnerships team to deliver and optimise marketing initiatives across Tyro Health’s partner network.
Improve partner advocacy and experience by building strong partner relations with existing partners and add value to newly on-boarded partnerships through key joint initiatives, execution of go-to-market launch plans and value exchange programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives – an understanding of heavily regulated industries is an advantage.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing.
Office Management
Manage the operations of the Melbourne office from ordering supplies to liaising with contractors.
Support and coordinate internal workplace engagement activities that bring our team together.
Ensures functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the office environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.
What you'll bring
Ideally 2+ years marketing experience
Tertiary business or marketing-related qualification
Financial services industry experience preferred
Events and partnerships management experience preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
A clear communicator, both spoken and written
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving approach
Test-and-learn approach/mentality
Experience with platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo highly regarded
