About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the 2IC to our Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer. You’ll be at the heart of what we build - owning key product areas, driving discovery, running workshops, collaborating cross-functionally, and pushing ideas from zero to launch.

This role is part strategist, part operator, and part builder. You’ll help us turn insights into interfaces, complexity into clarity, and scrappy ideas into high-impact features.

There’s no product team (yet) - just you, the CPO, a brilliant group of awesome developers, designers, and operators who want to build better tools for the hospo world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own high-priority product initiatives end-to-end - from insight to impact
• Be the CPO’s right hand - shaping strategy, running standups and workshops, and keeping the train moving
• Run discovery sessions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Write clear, actionable specs that translate vision into velocity
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build features that solve real-world problems
• Get your hands into data, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Balance quick experiments with long-term thinking - always with an eye on value
• Be comfortable saying “I don’t know - yet”, and know how to figure it out

Who You Are

• You’ve got 4+ years of product experience and have shipped things you're proud of
• You’re equal parts strategic and hands-on - able to zoom out and then get stuck in
• You’re commercially smart (understand the importance of deep diving into driving revenue, retention, and internal efficiency) but also customer and product obsessed and find the right balance with finding creative solutions to problems that work for the balance sheet but also wow the customer
• You’re emotionally intelligent and know how to read a room and adapt a workshop or client facing session when needed. You’ve always been a great communicator - written, verbal, async, in a doc or in a room full of people
• You’re obsessed with solving problems, not just building features and you are data obsessed
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where the path isn’t fully mapped
• You take ownership and initiative - no one needs to chase you. You own your role but are humble and never arrogant in your approach
• You like thinking in systems (a bonus if you can understand a simple API but not a requirement), asking the dumb (smart) questions, and making good calls with imperfect data

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in hospitality is highly valued but not a must (worked in a bar/ restaurant? Tell me more about what you learnt and the tech that could’ve helped along the way)
• Experience in AI, or voice/ commerce platforms would be a big bonus
• A strong product design sensibility and care about experience end-to-end
• Worked directly with founders or in early-stage startup environments
