Every empty table is a lost opportunity that can’t be recovered - similar to an empty seat on an airplane. Using EatClub, venues can turn their empty seats into revenue in a matter of minutes while simultaneously creating additional atmosphere and introducing new customers to their venue. Customers on the other hand get to do more of what they love, eating out. A true win win.

Having delivered significant revenue impact for our partners over 7 years of rapid growth, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven PR & Brand Manager with the aim of championing dynamic pricing as a key driver of restaurant profitability while building EatClub’s brand as the pioneer of this dynamic pricing technology for the hospitality space.

Role Overview:

EatClub is changing hospitality. We believe in a bold future for restaurants where dynamic pricing makes venues more profitable and diners happier. This is however a new direction for hospitality and lots needs to be done to improve awareness throughout the industry.

As our PR and Brand Manager, you will champion the concept of dynamic pricing and our mission to existing and potential partners, industry leaders and the broader public showcasing our unique technology, its proven benefits and case studies from our happy partners.

You will be guided by three objectives

  • Broad industry understanding and awareness: Ensuring the hospitality industry understands what dynamic pricing is and what it means for the industry.
  • Brand awareness: Building brand awareness for EatClub as a pioneer in dynamic pricing for the hospitality industry.
  • Partner love: Improving perception amongst our venue partners and building greater product utilization

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and champion EatClub’s brand with restaurant partners, consumers, and the wider hospitality industry
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain EatClub's market leading position
  • Partnership Development: You will establish relationships with our existing and future venue partners to tell their stories and experience using EatClub and the effect it has had on their business
  • Networking and Community Building: You will grow EatClub’s profile and awareness both across the hospitality industry and the wider community through brand building, events (attending, speaking, and hosting), and wider initiatives to help drive our brand
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, customer engagement, product and the wider marketing team to align customer & industry feedback with our go-to market strategy

Qualifications / Experience:

This isn’t a linear role and it could fit someone with a range of backgrounds. This is a senior, standalone (to begin with) role so you might have 5+ years in:

  • Brand marketing
  • Public relations and/or strategic communications
  • Community building
  • Partnerships
  • Content or broader marketing

As well as some of the following…

  • You will have experience leading initiatives from idea to execution, with proven results.
  • You can think on your feet, think and act creatively, and are always looking for new ways to try things
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with internal leadership and cross-functional teams
  • You don’t shy away from the limelight - this role will be at the forefront of our brand and will involve media, content, TV appearances.
  • Startup experience would be a bonus but not a prerequisite
