We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us supercharge our expansion (particularly in the tech team). We are in hyper growth mode so we need someone that can help us more than double the size of teams and help us elevate our performance with top talent.

This is an awesome role with a lot of autonomy to shape, create and determine what our talent funnel will look like. You’ll be supported by the leaders in the company as you help shape the foundation of a critical function within our fast-growing company.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EatClub, you’ll be the first hire within this department and will help us drive our growth by hiring great people. You’ll own the talent acquisition efforts, work with our leaders to ensure they’re supported through their interviews, and help centralise our hiring processes.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire Talent Acquisition effort from role scoping, drafting JDs, advertising, screening and nurturing candidates throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to help lead initial stages of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening calls
• Support hiring managers in designing role related tasks & challenges
• Support hiring managers understand what great looks like by benchmarking talent profiles
• Implement talent processes and systems (we use Employment Hero!)
• Help build a talent pipeline by networking and building relationships amongst the tech community
• Build out our employer brand by representing EatClub across different platforms
  
  

About You

We’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality - it will be you that will help shape the direction of how this looks like. We believe someone with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Also preference if someone is in Sydney (as that's where most management team is)

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience within agency or in-house talent acquisition working within tech or startups
• Experience managing the hiring process lifecycle (start to end) - i.e. role scoping, screening, interviews to offer, acceptance and onboarding
• Loves working with people and knack for building rapport and nurturing relationships
• Ideally knowledge around hiring technical roles (product and engineering) and sales
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual that thrives in a fast environment
• Someone who is a great human and can work well with others
• A passion for food, hospitality, and technology is a definite big plus!
