As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of customer acquisition-one of the most critical growth levers in our business. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives on accountability, outcomes, and clarity of domain.

You’ll have direct influence over how customers find, understand, and choose Harmoney- turning that first click into long-term value.

What You’ll Own:

You’ll be the single-threaded owner for Harmoney’s acquisition product strategy- responsible for everything from ideation through delivery and iteration. You’ll define the roadmap, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional squads to deliver impact across:

  • Acquisition journeys: Optimise onboarding flows, landing experiences, and conversion funnels.
  • Marketing-tech integrations: Drive improvements that supercharge performance marketing and SEO.
  • Experimentation: Run A/B tests that improve lead quality and conversion economics.
  • Data-driven growth: Work closely with data science to uncover insights and sharpen targeting.
  • Product-market fit: Bring new ideas to life that expand our reach and relevance across both AU and NZ.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for customer acquisition—from first impression to successful onboarding.
  • Confidently operate in a high-visibility role, regularly engaging and communicating directly with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in partnership with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Data Science.
  • Translate business goals into clear product strategies that balance short-term gains and long-term growth.
  • Define success metrics, forecast performance, and champion data-led decisions.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders-socialising progress, influencing direction, and advocating for your domain.
  • Partner with Credit, Legal, Finance and Compliance to ensure scalable and responsible acquisition practices.
  • Contribute to building Harmoney’s product culture, mentoring peers and elevating standards across the team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven success owning a product domain end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition levers-conversion optimisation, targeting, funnels, experimentation.
  • A track record of shipping impactful product changes that move the needle.
  • Confidence working with data-whether it’s framing hypotheses, analysing test results, or spotting trends.
  • Strong influencing skills-you can bring others on the journey and rally cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated industries.
