About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to develop, implement, and optimise automated marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver targeted, data-driven marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage automated marketing journeys and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Leverage Automation Studio and Salesforce Data Cloud to segment and personalise customer communications effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and optimise journeys to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance, ensuring best practices in privacy and marketing regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation systems.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
- OR
- Minimum 4 years of experience within a similar platform (Hubspot, Braze, Klaviyo, Marketo, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Understanding of AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content creation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A passion for customer experience and lifecycle marketing.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
