About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that power our applications, and help us scale with confidence.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in software development who thrives in cross-functional environments. You’ll work closely with product teams to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and well-documented.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Managing and optimising environments in AWS
• Supporting deployment pipelines using Octopus Deploy
• Working with Elastic Stack for logging and monitoring
• Building strong relationships with engineering teams, helping them ship faster and safer
• Developing and documenting operational processes and best practices
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in performance, reliability, and scalability
• Supporting automation, observability, and continuous delivery efforts

• You've got: a background in application development, a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, and hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Octopus Deploy, and Elastic Stack
