We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer and Facilitator to join our People & Culture team. This new role is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content and structured learning pathways to support the capability development of our people.
An immediate and strategic priority is the development of targeted learning content and programs by role family across the company, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support clients on our new client platform. This requires the creation of structured learning paths for both current and new employees.
Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), this role will also support the delivery of learning programs, either directly or through a ‘train the trainer’ model, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills across the organisation.
