We’re hiring a Demand and Brand Lead to drive top- and mid-funnel strategy, ensuring strong demand volume, velocity, and conversion through data-informed marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the orchestration of demand generation initiatives that fuel the sales pipeline while upholding and evolving our brand.
You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution—aligning brand positioning with lead generation to ensure both performance and impact.
What you will do
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive a culture of conversion rate optimisation across the funnel.
- Coordinate global demand initiatives and continuous funnel improvements.
- Manage team capacity and leverage freelance support as needed.
Performance & Demand Marketing
- Oversee digital performance strategies to drive acquisition and funnel progression.
- Design customer journeys and workflows to accelerate conversion, focusing on key funnel metrics.
- Leverage market and performance data to align efforts with Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI tracking to maximise marketing efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and messaging refinement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to meet targets and ensure campaign delivery.
Content Strategy
- Own and execute a global content strategy to support the full customer journey.
- Build scalable content production processes and maintain a global content calendar.
- Align content with product launches and campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Analyse content performance to inform SEO and digital strategies.
- Drive thought leadership through compelling, insight-driven content and social engagement.
Brand
- Champion EP’s brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency without limiting creativity.
- Partner with regional teams to bring brand moments to life through marketing campaigns.
- Support major brand initiatives and social strategies that deepen engagement and awareness.
About you
- 10 years experience in B2B Tech marketing
- Marketing Leadership experience
- People leadership experience spanning across brand and creative teams as well as digital and automation.
- Proven experience developing and overseeing data-driven demand generation strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data and analytics to optimise TOFU, campaigns and content strategy
- Experience driving a culture of experimentation
- Strong hands-on experience driving digital content distribution, including social media, SEO, email, and web content.
- Strong hands on experience driving incremental marketing growth; web traffic, campaign engagement, social engagement
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Hubspot ideally)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
- Ideal: Agile methodology implementation experience
- Ideal: Experience with ABM digital marketing
