The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded marketing leader to join us on a 12-month maximum term contract to cover the maternity leave of our Growth and Revenue Operations Lead.
We’re looking for a strategic and technically adept individual to manage and evolve our lead orchestration engine. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, marketing, and sales – ensuring that leads are routed accurately, call files are healthy and timely, and customers are prioritised intelligently to maximise conversion.
You'll be responsible for managing a complex ecosystem that includes marketing automation, integration from CRM, data pipelines, and a dynamic set of routing rules. The role requires strong data wrangling skills, systems troubleshooting, and the ability to think commercially about how we drive revenue outcomes through personalisation and operational excellence
