It’s hard not to love what you do when our leading digital classroom platform offers meaningful solutions to over 40 million users worldwide, empowering students and supporting teachers!

You’ll be joining at a pretty magical time. Kami’s user base is growing by the day. With over 100 team members across the world, we couldn’t be prouder of the accomplishments and milestones we’ve achieved to date. Now, this is your chance to join our team and become an integral member of Kami’s growth, while shaping your own future (and having fun doing it)!

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Events & Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our events while driving marketing strategies to maximise impact. You’ll own the planning, execution, and promotion of Kami-led and industry events, ensuring they deliver meaningful engagement and business results. While the Event Manager handles operational strategy, you’ll focus on audience engagement, branding, and lead generation.

If you thrive on creating high-impact experiences, love storytelling through events, and excel in both execution and marketing, we want to hear from you!

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Event Execution & Ownership – Lead the full event lifecycle, from planning and promotion to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Event Marketing & Promotion – Develop integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, content) to drive attendance, engagement, and sales opportunities.
  • Audience Engagement & Lead Generation – Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, ensuring strong ROI and pipeline contribution alongside our Demand Generation Manager and Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
  • Collaboration & Sponsorships – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to align event objectives with business goals. Support sponsorship and event-related partnership initiatives to expand event impact.
  • On-Site Event Leadership – Represent Kami at key events (ISTE, FETC, BETT, etc.), manage activations, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance & Insights – Analyse event success metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in event management, event marketing, or a related role, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B.
  • Strong track record in end-to-end event execution and audience engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing-driven event planning, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and event operations teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and lead on-site activations.
  • Passionate about education and creating meaningful event experiences.

What You Get Out of It

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible working options with exciting travel opportunities.
  • The chance to shape Kami’s global event strategy and make a tangible impact.
  • A supportive, innovative, and collaborative team environment.
