We’re thrilled to be hiring a People Analytics & Systems Manager to join our People & Culture team. Based in Auckland and reporting directly to our SVP of HR, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the analytics, tools and reporting that power our people strategy and decision-making.
A big part of this role is pulling accurate reports and ensuring our systems are clean, reliable, and up to date, but that’s just the beginning. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t stop at “what happened,” but keeps asking “why” and “what now?”
Whether it’s uncovering what motivates people, spotting patterns in engagement data, or connecting the dots across tools and surveys, you’ll help us turn raw data into real action. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to share insights we can use to strengthen our culture and make Pushpay an even better place to grow a career.
