The Role:
Partnership Development and Management
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential integration partners based on customer needs, product gaps, and strategic alignment.
- Onboard, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure joint success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms that drive mutual value.
- Develop co-marketing and joint GTM (go-to-market) initiatives with key partners.
Integration Strategy and Execution
- Collaborate with the Product Manager – Integrations to influence the integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer and commercial priorities.
- Monitor partner integration performance, drive continuous improvement, and address technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all integrations are secure, scalable, and customer-ready.
Ecosystem Expansion
- Drive growth of the partner ecosystem by identifying new solution categories and strategic partnerships that complement JobAdder’s core offering.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in recruitment and HR tech.
- Build and manage a scalable program structure that supports different tiers or types of partners (e.g., strategic, long tail, revenue-generating).
Relationship management
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ecosystem partners, building trust and accountability.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, QBRs (quarterly business reviews), and collaborative planning sessions with strategic partners.
- Ensure partner success by coordinating enablement resources and driving integration adoption among customers.
- Own and manage the partner inbox, which includes triaging and responding to partner inquiries, approving new partner applications, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Data and Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on key partnership KPIs such as usage, revenue contribution, customer adoption, and NPS impact.
- Leverage insights to optimize partner performance and influence ecosystem strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration.
You:
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Proven success in managing technical partnerships and integration programs.
- Strong background in commercial negotiations, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in ecosystems or marketplaces is highly regarded.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment tech, HR tech, or ATS platforms.
- Exposure to API-based integrations and developer ecosystems.
