Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, sources, hire, and retain the best talent to support our company's growth and success.
What you’ll do
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the company across regions – APAC, USA, and Europe. Work closely with the CPO and P&C Business Partners to plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the workforce plan for each team. Build a pipeline of suitable talent for future recruitment activities across various teams.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, talent search, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Review and implement recruitment assessments, depending on the requirements of the role.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding: Promote Protecht Group as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Onboarding: Work closely with the P&C Team to issue employment contracts and new hire information. Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition during onboarding.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, including results against SLA metrics.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry or as a recruiter.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and show initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
