We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Analytics Manager to lead and scale our data-driven decision-making across global markets. This pivotal role shapes the analytics vision of the company, manages performance reporting infrastructure, and drives strategic insights to optimize our business profitability and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and data expert with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, crafting executive-level dashboards, and translating analytics into action.

Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy & Reporting Framework
    • Define and implement the company-wide data reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Establish best practices and governance for data usage, metrics standardization, and reporting accuracy across all business units.
  • Executive & Market-Level Dashboarding
    • Design and maintain global performance dashboards tailored to the needs of the executive leadership team and local markets.
    • Provide visibility into key KPIs and business trends to enable timely and informed decision-making.
  • Reporting Tools Management
    • Oversee and continuously improve our existing reporting tools and infrastructure.
    • Identify and implement technology upgrades or automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor data analysts within the strategy & analytics function.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning, technical excellence, and stakeholder impact.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Profitability Levers
    • Partner cross-functionally with central teams (e.g., Finance, Product, Operations) and local market leads to identify and analyze key profitability drivers, such as arrears and write-offs.
    • Use analytical insights to recommend and drive strategic initiatives for margin improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Support the definition and rollout of Operational Excellence frameworks, leveraging data to structure and monitor process efficiency, compliance, and best practice adoption.
    • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed operations across the business.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a global, multi-market organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • Strong proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and presenting strategic insights.
  • Analytical mindset with a business-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred/highly regarded attributes (non-essential)

  • Exposure to or interest in mobility, fintech, or operationally intensive businesses.
