About the Team

The Cards business will be critical to hummgroup’s success over the next three years. We have ambitious growth aspirations supported by significant investments in technology, products and people.

We are currently building up the Cards team’s capabilities by recruiting high performing individuals who want to join a dynamic organisation where their talent will be valued and where they will be able to make a difference.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in shaping the success of the Cards business at hummgroup. You will be in charge of developing and implementing a data and customer-led product roadmap designed to deliver unrivalled, products and experiences to drive profitable sustainable growth.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

You would be:

• Constantly seek to understand the needs, pain points and expectations of our customers as well as market trends through qualitative feedback and data
• Understand the competitive landscape, embrace the challenges of the market and regulatory environment
• Develop a customer and data-led product roadmap designed to address customers pain points and gain market share by delivering unrivalled products, services and experiences
• Be a dynamic and driven Product Owner who will manage their product squads through Agile by building high-performing cross functional teams
• Effectively prioritise the day to day delivery of the product roadmap by balancing customers’ demands, operational efficiencies and business returns
• Care for people, invest time in helping others reach their full potential and promote their achievements

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management and/or product ownership – experience to ideally include credit cards or lending products
• Proven track record in driving innovation and change
• Experienced as Product Owner leading high-performing product squads
• Track record in driving execution through effective prioritisation and stakeholder management
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases
