Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for a customer service superstar who’s a hardworking team player with a keen eye for detail and awesome people skills. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this will be a fast-paced and varied role where you will be exposed to all touch points of the business.
In summary your role will consist of:
Delivering a world-class customer experience across all owned and third-party channels (email, chat, phone, and social media).
Proactively managing and resolving customer issues within target response and resolution time frames.
Responding to and supporting sales enquiries, including commercial, hospitality and wholesale.
Helping prepare and process quotes, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Completing any other relevant activities or tasks, as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
1-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer goods environment.
Awesome customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A can-do attitude, a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering our customers' unexpressed needs.
A strong level of attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and quality.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and master new software and systems - experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Shopify and Gorgias an advantage.
A team player attitude with the capability to work well with people at all levels.
