We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager with strong project management skills and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational abilities, a knack for multitasking, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You should be adept at managing customer implementation projects and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. If you are passionate about problem-solving and have a proven track record in customer relationship management, we want to hear from you. 

What does the job involve?

 As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding new Smartly customers from the point of sale to full integration with our product and service suite. You will manage high-volume customer contact, ensuring timely and effective communication to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve: 

  • Leading customer implementation projects, ensuring a seamless transition and integration. 
  • Confidently facilitating and leading meetings with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure alignment and drive successful project outcomes. 
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and troubleshoot any issues. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer business needs. 
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell during the implementation process.
