The Role
 
We're searching for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Paid Search Manager to play a pivotal role in Envato’s global growth. You will lead the charge in driving customer acquisition and brand visibility by optimising complex paid search campaigns. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, and by staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, you will deliver innovative solutions that maximise ROI and elevate our brand.
 
What you'll be doing
    • Develop and implement global paid search strategies aligned with marketing goals.
    • Conduct research to identify high-performing opportunities for ad campaigns.
    • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to boost conversions.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
    • Implement bid strategies, budget plans, and targeting to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., clicks, CPA) to refine campaigns.
    • Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better results.
    • Collaborate with teams across media, creative, and analytics for smooth campaign execution.
    • Work with SEO teams to align paid search with broader search strategies.
    • Stay updated on new trends and technologies in paid search advertising.
About you
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Business).
    • 5+ years of experience running impactful search acquisition campaigns.
    • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related platforms.
    • Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio for data analysis.
    • Proven ability to manage large budgets and provide strategic, data-driven insights.
    • Experienced in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
    • Excellent at prioritizing tasks across multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication skills with experience advising senior leaders on strategy and budgets.
