Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, as Lead Product Manager you will have the exciting responsibility of playing a key role in shaping our portfolio of medical SaaS products. You will bring unrelenting customer focus to ensure our Products exceed the customers’ expectations and are commercially successful.
 
This highly collaborative role will see you working with Project Management, Engineering, Technology, Commercial & Marketing teams to deliver innovative and best in class AI-powered products. 
 
What You Do:
 
Product Strategy and Roadmap
 
• Contribute to the development of a product strategy for AI products through identification and quantification of opportunities for our products to add meaningful value for customers,
• Translate our company and product strategy into a roadmap of products and features, prioritised based on business goals,
• Collaborate with commercial teams and vendors to identifyand select opportunities for product partnerships with other AI vendors, and
• Collaborate with stakeholders, adjacent development teams and customers to translate user needs into product features that deliver measurable value to radiologists and healthcare providers. 
 
Development and Execution 
 
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new products and features,
• Working with the commercial and customer team, lead the end-to-end process for the engagement and integration of partner AI algorithms in to our product offering, expanding the product portfolio available for our customers, and
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, regulatory and clinical teams to deliver valuable products that delight customers. 
 
Cross-functional Leadership 
 
• Act as a product and customer evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the end user within the organisation,
• Communicate product feature roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a wide spectrum of audiences from internal teams to external stakeholders,
• Foster collaboration across departments, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams,
• Partner with regulatory and QA teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, and
• Serve as the product expert and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
 
Data-Driven Decision Making
 
• Leverage analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development, and
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of products and features. 
 
What You Bring:
 
• Significant experience in a similar role within medical imaging, healthcare or the medical device industry,
• Excellent leadership experience interfacing with and managing development activities with external partners,
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven and structured approach to decision making,
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and translate into roadmaps and execution,
• Solid understanding of medical device regulations, 
• Excellent leadership experience in developing and mentoring staff,
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills, and
• A demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of matters.
