Ready to take on a challenge and make a real impact? As our Product Lead, you’ll collaborate with teams across Carma to shape and execute the strategy for our digital platforms. You’ll own the product vision, drive the roadmap, and roll out features that will push the envelope and elevate the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead the product strategy for Carma’s customer experience, shaping the entire digital journey from discovery to delivery.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to build and optimise customer-facing features.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine user experiences, drive conversion, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Apply agile methodologies, driving iterative product development, and ensuring fast delivery of high-quality features.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, conducting research and analysing feedback to create an exceptional car-buying experience.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
  • You’ve worked as a Product Lead for a minimum of 5 + years. 
  • You’ve got a deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and automation.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities with ease.
  • You have practical experience leveraging data to drive actionable product improvements and cultivate a data-first, test and learn culture
  • You’re a natural leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all teams are aligned towards delivering results.
  • You thrive in agile environments, driving sprints and managing product backlogs to deliver successfully. 
  • You’re skilled with tools across product management, eCommerce, ERP, data analytics, CRM, payments, and A/B testing.
  • You're right at home in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of startups and eCommerce.
  • You’ve got strong communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
