The role
At Optimal we provide powerful UX research tools to help teams make data-driven decisions. Trusted by the world’s biggest brands, we’re on a mission to help teams create delightful, user-friendly products that people love. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team and help take our enterprise user acquisition, activation, and retention to the next level.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Sales to build and execute data-driven campaigns that scale our user base, improve our onboarding process, and drive ongoing engagement with our platform.
What you'll do
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire new users and retain existing customers
- Optimize conversion rates across the entire user journey - from awareness and acquisition and acquisition through to activation and retention
- Identify and execute innovative marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, and partnerships
Demand Generation
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI
- Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns and other key performance metrics within the marketing funnel
- Own and manage lead nurture content and strategy to increase velocity of inbound leads
- Lead the marketing and sales relationship with responsibility for marketing and sales handover of leads
- Own demand generation technology stack including Hubspot
Retention & Engagement:
- Develop and execute customer retention campaigns, including email nurturing, in-app messaging, and customer re-engagement efforts
- Work with the product team to create personalized in-product experiences that drive usage and retention
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the user journey, onboarding, and overall satisfaction
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Track and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SFDC) to inform decisions
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and user segmentation to better understand user behavior and improve key metrics (e.g., LTV, churn, CAC)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics and inform leadership on progress toward goals
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment
- A proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Strong hands-on experience with demand generation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of how to optimize the user journey and improve metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive execution
