The Role

As Head of Corporate Development and Strategy, you’ll be a key player in shaping Lendi Group’s long-term strategy. Reporting to the CFO, and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll lead all aspects of corporate development including strategy, M&A, and investor relations to position us for sustained growth.

This is a high-visibility role with real impact, offering a rare opportunity to shape the company’s future and influence major strategic decisions.

Job Description
  • Define and drive strategy – Partner with the CFO, CEO and leadership team to set Lendi Group’s long-term vision and roadmap.
  • Identify growth opportunities – Assess market trends, new business opportunities, and potential M&A targets.
  • Provide market insights – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support capital raising – Play a key role in equity and debt fundraising efforts, working closely with investors and financial institutions.
  • Lead M&A and investments – Drive acquisition strategies, due diligence, and execution of deals that accelerate our growth.
  • Manage investor relations – Build strong relationships with investors, prepare presentations, and manage ongoing shareholder engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team – Mentor and grow a small but impactful team (1-2 FTE) while influencing stakeholders across the business.

Your Experience

  • 8+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives including M&A, capital raising, and strategic planning.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or tech industries is highly regarded.
