As our Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your finance career within a dynamic, ASX-listed multinational company and be part of a high-performing, passionate, and experienced team.

This will be a full-time hybrid role, working 2 days per week in office. We welcome applications from candidates based in either Sydney or Brisbane.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing accounts payable processes across our global operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable processing for the global business. All expenses incurred in Australia and overseas regional offices are processed in Australia.
• Accurately record expense and product coding based on the company coding guidelines.
• Prepare weekly vendor payments and retain supporting documentation for audit purposes.
• Create new vendors on the system and independently verify vendor details.
• Assist with collecting documentation for audit requests.
• Maintain process notes and system descriptions.
• Support the finance team with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring with you:

• Prior experience in accounts payable processing.
• A strong desire to learn and develop within a finance role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Bonus points if you have:

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience working with NetSuite, Stampli, or WebExpenses.
• Prior work experience in the accounting field.
