As our Strategy Execution Lead, you will support our Senior Leaders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and support them to drive their successful execution across the organisation. This position supports our Senior Leaders in implementing cross-functional strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overcoming barriers to change.

The role requires strong change management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a results-driven mindset to ensure impactful outcomes.

What you'll bring.

  • Proven experience in strategy execution, business transformation, or program management.

  • Strong change management expertise, with experience leading large-scale organisational change.

  • Exceptional ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed execution plans.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess and manage opportunities and risks.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Demonstrated experience in tracking key metrics and driving a test-and-learn approach.

  • Agile mindset and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and business case development.
