In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing customer retention, engagement, and expansion through targeted marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to develop and optimise customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging consistency, implement data-driven campaigns, and continuously refine marketing efforts through testing and analysis. Your ability to personalise customer experiences and leverage automation tools will be critical to driving long-term customer success and business growth.
What You’ll Do
Execute one-off bulk emails for all Simpro Group companies.
Manage and implement monthly newsletters.
Implement emails for nurtures and customer journeys across Simpro Group.
Ongoing email and customer journey reporting.
Email signature promotions and login ad management.
Management of customer marketing database.
Manage bulk mailboxes and route incoming mail internally.
Manage promotional communications for our flagship event, Simprosium.
Support the development of a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to improve customer retention and expansion.
Utilize key customer data from customer personas, preferences, and behaviour patterns to personalize and optimize marketing communications.
Assist in the creation and management of automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, product log-in screens and push notifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, implementation, account management, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Implement A/B tests, analyze results and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets tailored to different customer journey stages.
Produce weekly performance and subscribership reports to present to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
A minimum of 1-3 years experience in Hubspot.
Proven experience with lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Basic understanding of HTML.
A proven track record of developing and executing high-performance email marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong writing skills with close attention to grammar and spelling.
Data-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of best practices for B2B email campaigns, data privacy laws and A/B testing.
Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to work global hours with our international offices.
