We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Product Manager. Based out of our global HQ in Brisbane, and reporting to the Director of Product Management, the ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of product management experience and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
This is a Brisbane-based role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.
What You’ll Do
Customer Focus
Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and stay informed about user needs and pain points to continuously improve the product.
Identify & prioritise customer pain points to address, experiment and continuously iterate on opportunities & solutions to move the success metrics forward.
Product Planning and Roadmapping
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Evangelize roadmap features outlining what it is, why it is prioritized over others, and benefits for the customer and for the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, customer success, implementation, support and sales, to drive product development and GTM activities.
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Execution
Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with Engineering and UX Design teams on timely and successful delivery of product releases.
Prioritize product backlog and attend appropriate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are focused on the most impactful items.
Performance Measurement
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Regularly report on product performance to leadership and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related).
2-4 years of experience in software product management.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience in, or familiarity with, project/workforce management tools and best practices within construction and other trades industries is a plus.
