As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term retention. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our platform while identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management – Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Revenue Growth & Expansion – Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure long-term success.
  • Renewal & Retention – Proactively manage renewals and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase contract value.
  • Business Reviews & Value Demonstration – Conduct regular business reviews, aligning our solutions with customer objectives and demonstrating ROI.
  • Customer Advocacy – Identify and nurture customer champions who can provide references, case studies, and referrals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Monitor account health, track key success metrics, and proactively address risks.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continued growth.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS company, managing enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue expansion and exceeding retention goals within existing customer accounts.
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and global implementations.
  • Ability to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in volunteering and workforce management (highly desirable).
  • Background in the NFP/charity sector is advantageous.
