We are seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our global People function. This is an important, hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with our founders and executive team to build and maintain a high-performance workplace that supports our rapid growth. The Chief People Officer will report directly to the CEO.
Description of the Role
As the Chief People Officer, you will take ownership of Affinda’s global People strategy and day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on recruitment, development, and performance.
While the role includes responsibility for compliance, these aspects are well supported by our existing infrastructure and team. Your primary focus will be on initiatives that directly and consistently impact our people and culture.

Experience Required
- Senior People leadership: 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally within fast-growing B2B technology companies.
- Recruitment & talent management: Impressive track record of successfully hiring and retaining senior/executive-level talent.
- Performance & development: Demonstrated success implementing performance strategies, processes and procedures, and coaching managers to elevate team capabilities.
- Commercial orientation: Ability to link people initiatives and incentives with broader business objectives to drive profitable growth.
- Mindset of continuous improvement: Track record of investing in the People function by building and refining systems and processes.

Compensation
The expected salary is between A$200,000 and A$280,000, inclusive of superannuation. Highly experienced applicants may also be eligible to participate in Affinda’s long term equity incentive plan.
