We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to support our mostly remote workforce of 200+ employees Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring efficient issue resolution and system management.  You’ll oversee user accounts, adherence to security policies, and device management while maintaining IT documentation and vendor relationships.

You'll also play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring secure access and smooth transitions.

 

What You Will Do:

IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide desktop support and manage help desk tickets.

Systems Administration: Manage Office 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and company standard apps

Device & Security Management: Configure laptops, deploy updates, and enforce IT security standards.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up accounts, provision access, and revoke credentials securely

IT Documentation & Vendor Management:  Maintain IT policies and liaise with service providers.

What you need to know and what will make you successful!

  • 2-3 years experience as an IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in IT or a related field
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MacOS, Windows 11, and the Office 365 suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint & Intune
  • Expertise in remote desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems
  • Powershell scripting knowledge to automate tasks
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for a remote role
  • Familiarity with network security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Suitable National Criminal Check.
