The role

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join our Edge team. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience and are ready to take the next step up in your career. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of a variety of software solutions for large and small clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering team growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects concurrently in a large development team, for a variety of clients. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and our customers.
• Possess creativity and the desire to challenge the norm when it's suitable.

Requirements:

• A Project Manager through and through, not wanting to sit back and just monitor.
• Support and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
• Strong, soft skills and the desire to keep sharpening them.

• The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, and written.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
