We’re looking for a Talent & Operations Administrator to join our People & Culture team at EP! In this entry-level position, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes, enhancing candidate and employee experiences and maintaining smooth operational workflows.
This is an ideal opportunity for a university graduate or someone looking to transition into the P&C field, offering hands-on experience in talent management and HR operations.
What you will do
- Manage job postings, coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and preparing offers and employment contracts
- Ensure the accurate input and maintenance of candidate and employee data in HR systems and applicant tracking systems
- Generate reports to track recruitment progress and key talent metrics
- Help maintain and troubleshoot talent systems and support the integration of new tools
- Collaborate with IT, Finance and our P&C team to ensure smooth operations and employee experiences
- Identify areas for process improvement in talent operations and contribute to the implementation of enhancements
- Provide support for diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys and other P&C and Talent projects
- Coordinate onboarding activities and manage employee records in line with compliance and HR policies
About you
- A bachelor's degree in HR is desirable but not essential. We’re seeking someone with a strong interest in talent management and people operations, eager to grow their career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Tech savvy and strong ability to learn HR systems and tools
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with an eye for continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
