About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced, scale-up environment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with some foundational experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance who is eager to take on a practical, hands-on role and contribute to impactful revenue-generating activities.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Customer Experience (CX), Finance, and Systems to align efforts and optimise efforts. Your ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams will be critical to achieving Fresho's vision and maximising value from all revenue-generating activities.

You will help Fresho tackle complex challenges, drive projects to completion, and support the Revenue Operations Manager to proactively identify solutions to improve systems and processes. Strong analytical, administrative, and communication skills are essential, as you will assist to translate data insights into actionable strategies while ensuring precision and attention to detail in your work.

This is a hybrid position with options to work from our Melbourne HQ (at the amazing Central House offices in South Melbourne) and work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Data Management and System Optimisation

  • Maintain revenue-related data and systems (e.g., Salesforce, sales tools, etc.).

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Revenue Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

  • Support the Revenue Operations Manager to create processes, automations, and dashboards in Salesforce and other connected systems.

  • Document revenue-related processes to provide references for training team members.

  • Support the implementation of best practices and process improvements to enhance revenue operations.

Analysis, Reporting, and Strategic Insights

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.

  • Conduct regular market research projects to provide quantitative and qualitative data for business strategy decisions.

  • Assist with pricing strategies and revenue forecasting.

  • Execute payments reporting and processes to increase adoption across the business.

Collaboration and Special Projects

 

  • Contribute to the creation and management of bonus and commission structures.

  • Contribute to account enrichment projects and related data activities.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 + Superannuation + ESOP

Reports to: Revenue Operations Manager
