About the Role:

We’re seeking an Investment Analyst who is responsible for researching, analysing, and evaluating industry and financial information to provide recommendations for investment decisions . This is a unique opportunity as Fresho’s first dedicated Investment Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our investment decisions guiding our strategic direction.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Accounting, Product, Business Systems, Onboarding, Marketing, and Sales—to build scalable investment processes and deliver insights that directly impact our growth and long-term objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a solid financial or investment background, within SaaS B2B environments (as bonus), and demonstrate the ability to drive investment decisions, insights and influence decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the preparation of materials for the strategic planning sessions, including industry information, core beliefs and investment scenario planning & modelling.

• Capital Allocation & Investment Analysis: Assist in capital allocation decisions, evaluating investments and ROI to optimise resource use across departments.

• Go-To-Market: Lead and coordinate the research, analysis and evaluation of new investment areas (e.g. new countries or new products).

• Acquisitions: Lead the research, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of acquisition opportunities. Mange all opportunities within a central system, ensuring effective execution, including modelling and preparing reports for management and/or the Board

• Industry Data & Competitive Analysis: own industry information by country and region (number of venues, suppliers and GMV) and macro trends to ensure senior leaders are across any adjustments. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, highlighting factors that could impact Fresho’s financial performance and investment values.

• Product: Help product with the review of key strategic product investment modelling to ensure it aligns with other information in the business and our strategic direction.

• Capital Raisings: Manage all materials including industry information, investor presentation, financial modelling and legal agreement in capital raisings.

• Contract Reviews: Support contract reviews (eg. payment providers) by analysing scenarios and modelling to help support decisions.

• Investors: Prepare quarterly investor updates.
