As a Product Designer at Serko, this is your opportunity to make your mark in the fast-moving world of Corporate Travel. We are experiencing a growth stage and have made a significant investment in revamping the user experience across our substantial portfolio, which includes our partnership with Booking.com. You will be working with cross-functional teams to extend our world-class products and build the future of Business Travel.

What you will be doing

• Working collaboratively with product managers, data analysts, software engineers, UX researchers and other designers
• Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven and results-oriented culture
• Actively contributing to our evolving growth design and experimentation practice
• Creating product designers, prototypes and conducting UX research
• Designing and facilitating collaborative design and ideation workshops
• Contributing to our design system development

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in modern mobile and web applications
• A portfolio demonstrates impeccable foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions)
• Experience working in a data-driven culture or a growth design practice
• Proficiency in ideation techniques, collaborative design, and workshop facilitation
• Experience working with and/or building and maintaining a Design System and comfort using Figma with Libraries
• Familiarity with a variety of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies, including canvases, ideation, personas and journey maps
• An understanding of atomic principles, web development and agile methodologies
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Collaboration, team work and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
