We’re looking for an experienced and driven Queenstown-based B2B Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our B2B marketing strategy. You’ll work alongside our sales, product, and client success teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive restaurant acquisition, build strong partner relationships, and scale our platform's reach globally.
You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by researching, developing and executing effective marketing strategies using HubSpot, automation tools, and best practices in B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B marketing strategy: Develop and implement our B2B marketing strategy across multiple markets, researching and implementing scalable restaurant acquisition techniques and partner growth
- Lead generation and nurturing: Leverage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to build and scale lead generation campaigns, driving restaurant sign-ups and partnership inquiries.
- Content creation and campaign execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create high-quality content across various formats, including social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and case studies, aligned with our brand messaging
- Partner relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, reservation systems, and other industry partners to ensure long-term success
- Data-driven insights: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, META and other analytics tools. Work alongside our Head of performance marketing to continuously optimise campaigns based on performance metrics
- Market research and trend monitoring: Monitor trends in B2B marketing, SaaS, and the hospitality industry to inform strategy and adapt to market changes
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and overall business objectives
- Scalable systems: Help scale our acquisition efforts by optimising marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing strategies, ensuring we can efficiently onboard new restaurant partners across global markets
What we're looking for
- B2B marketing experience: B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of creating and executing campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness
- HubSpot expertise: Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows. You know how to leverage HubSpot to streamline marketing efforts and scale partner acquisition
- Tech-savvy and analytical: Comfort with using data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Project management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic thinker: You can balance creativity with strategy, always looking for innovative ways to achieve business goals while staying on-brand
- Content experience and strong writing skills: Experience with content creation for B2B marketing, including emails, landing pages, blogs, and case studies
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify challenges, find solutions, and implement changes in a timely manner to support business objectives
- Team player: Collaborative and able to work well with various stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer service teams
