About the Role

As our CTO, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leading all aspects of our technology function as a core part of the leadership team. This is your chance to build and scale technology that positively impacts patient care and well-being.

You'll be joining at an exciting time of focus and growth, with the opportunity to build our technical strategy as we dive deeper into the complex healthcare system and the complex human mind, to build and grow digital therapeutic solutions that help people live healthier lives.

Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we’d love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and execute our technology vision and strategy, aligning it with our mission to revolutionise the digital healthcare delivery
Help drive top-level company strategy to create the future of digitally native health care and grow a strong business
Design and evolve our technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability
Lead R&D efforts and foster a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams that drive exceptional results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with product roadmaps
Spearhead our cybersecurity strategy to protect sensitive healthcare data
Drive technological innovation while managing resources effectively

What you’ll bring to the role:

Proven track record in building and launching secure, scalable technology applications
Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, mobile development, dev ops, and data security
Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and inspiring technology teams
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience
Strategic and business mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps
Experience in managing technology budgets and understanding financial implications
Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
